How to teach English Efficiently?
I believe in a student-centered kind of teaching. In this approach, a student must do his/her role to make it effective and for the side of a teacher, he/ she must guide and facilitate the student well. I should make sure that all the teachings must be correct to meet the students expectations. Teaching strategies must fit the students level of learning. Approaches should be clear and precise
. We need to stir up the eagerness of the student to study English. This way, they will pursue it at the same time they will enjoy until they earn fluency.

저는 학생 중심의 교수법을 추구 합니다. 이 접근법에서 학생은 자신의 역할을 수행하여 효과적이 되어야 하며 교사 측에서는 학생을 잘 지도하고 촉진해야합니다.
학생들의 기대에 부응하기 위해 모든 가르침이 정확 해야 합니다. 교육 전략은 학생들의 학습 수준에 맞아야 합니다. 접근 방식은 명확하고 정확해야합니다
교사는 영어를 배우기 위해 학생을 열심을 자극해야합니다. 이런 식으로, 그들은 유창해질 때까지 즐기면서 동시에 그것을 추구 할 것입니다.
My Teaching Techniques are as follows:
1. Preparedness and Presentable: It is so important to be on time, building rapport and to make them as well comfortable. The flow of learning is smooth and can easily be absorbed.
2. It Takes Two to Tango: Learning is best in partnership. I want to make sure that in every discussion/lesson, there must be a part for a student to act to make it more effective. He/she must participate and I will do it harder.
3. Speak out: Smart people are those who ask. I wanted my students to think outside the box for them to challenge themselves. In this regard, I will do my best to assist and make every conversation meaningful.
4. Open for Changes: Everyone has a different level. Approach must also apply differently depends on the suitability of individual.
5. Gentle and Effective: The concern should be there always. Their improvemet must be a gently reminder to be more effective. Meaningful teaching approach means, more students are learning well. Lastly, enjoy teaching!! This is a passion needs to pass on.

1. 준비와 발표 가능 : 시간을내어 교감을 쌓고 편안하게 만드는 것이 매우 중요합니다. 학습의 흐름은 매끄럽고 쉽게 흡수 될 수 있습니다.
2. 손바닥도 마주쳐야 한다.: 학습은 파트너십에서 최고입니다. 모든 토론 / 교사마다 학생이 보다 효과적으로 행동 할 수 있도록 행동해야 할 부분이 있어야 합니다. 반드시 참여 해야하며 교사는 더 열심히 해야 할 것입니다.
3. 말하기 : 똑똑한 사람들은 묻는 사람들입니다. 학생들이 스스로 도전 할 수 있도록 상자 밖에서 생각 하기를 원했습니다. 이와 관련 하여 저는 모든 대화를 의미 있고 의미있게 만들기 위해 최선을 다하겠습니다.
4. 변화를 위한 개방 : 모든 사람의 레벨이 다릅니다. 접근 방식은 개인의 적합성에 따라 다르게 적용 되어야 합니다.
5. 온유하고 효과적 : 항상 우려가 있어야 합니다. 그들의 개선은 더 효과적임을 부드럽게 상기 시켜줘야 합니다. 의미있는 교수법은 더 많은 학생들이 잘 배우고 있음을 의미합니다. 마지막으로, 가르치는 것을 즐기십시오 !! 이것은 열정이 필요합니다.

The fact that the world is modernized, we need to be competent to be in and learning about English is a great advantage. It is so important in order for us to be able to communicate well, as we all know that wherever we are, we ought to communicate with others. The more knowledgeable we are about English, boost our self confidence to pursue our dreams and goals in life.
세계가 현대화 되어 있다는 사실에 우리는 영어를 배우고 배울 수있는 능력이 있어야합니다. 우리가 어디에 있든지 다른 사람과 의사 소통해야 한다는 것을 우리 모두 잘 알고 있기 때문에, 우리가 잘 의사 소통 할 수 있도록하는 것이 매우 중요합니다. 영어에 대한 지식이 많을수록 인생의 꿈과 목표를 추구하는 자신감을 키워줍니다.
Why do you want to be an English Teacher?
This is a privilege to help others who have desires to gain knowledge and understanding about English. It is widespread that English is a highly used language in business, travel, entertainment and many more . Not everyone is able to use English but I do believe all tried to develop it so here I am, one of those who wanted to share their accumulated learnings.
